First Impressions
This was a interesting level because it differed from your everyday level. Instead of going around and killing the whole population of a town, you have to chase down a wanted criminal. You're also a stormtrooper, pawn of the evil Emperor.

Design / Visuals
The architecture of this level was pretty bland. Most of it consisted of large outdoor areas, full of nothing. There were a few details such as sloped surfaces and small buildings, but for the most part there was a lack of interesting features. One exception was the cantina; that's where you start off. It was pretty good, bristling with booths, a bar and drunken Rodians. The author did mention that this was more of a test of the chase scenario- not a full level, so the architecture was a little under par. The texturing too, was only average. Most of the textures seen throughout the level were dull grays and yellows, and they didn't really add much too the level. They matched up for the most part, but there were a few mistakes.
Dynamics / Interactivity
Enemy placement was quite limited. There were only a handful of people that exchange gunfire with you in the whole level, but they were placed well. They lurked in alleys and caverns, waiting for you to walk by so they can blast you. Item placement, as well, was very limited. There wasn't really anything wrong, save that some things were just laying around in the middle of the street. An interesting enhancement was the chase. You have to follow a criminal who flees from you each time you catch up to him. Also, there was a cool picture for the loading screen, and a few cutscenes polished up the special effects.
Playing Experience / Atmosphere
The level atmosphere was pretty intriguing. The lighting was dim, offering a mysterious feel for the city, and some colored lighting really made things look cool lighting wise. The level was pretty short, but it didn't really seem like Mos Eisley's streets as much as it could. The gameplay was fine. One spot had a slow frame rate, but everything else was pretty sound.

Final Thoughts
I thought that this was a pretty interesting level because of the chase. The architecture and texturing aspects were a little weak, but there is some promise. Download this level and check it out.
