Stardate 121346.7: The Federation starship Sutherland, under the command of Captain Taryn Davis, was on a routine survey mission in the Andor system. Just as the vessel was preparing to leave the system, an artificial wormhole opened almost on top of the ship, and an unidentified vessel assaulted the Sutherland. Moments later, Starfleet lost all contact with her. Now, six months later, the Federation has learned of a power from another galaxy, known as the Galactic Empire, that has found a way to traverse between our galaxy and their own, and they want one thing: the destruction of the Federation, and every major Alpha Quadrant power, and to expand their empire into this galaxy. We cannot let this happen. We have just completed construction on a new Starship – The USS Dauntless. The Dauntless is a massive warship, complete with a Romulan-loaned cloaking device, massive weapons arrays, and best of all, the ability to travel to the other galaxy via a wormhole generator that was salvaged from the wreckage of one of their ships.

You are Lieutenant Colonel Ben Castelsky, a Starfleet Marine, assigned to the Dauntless to deal with any military conflict that takes place. We have chosen you, because you are the best Marine in the Corps . . . don't let us down.

This series will consist of three episodes, each episode containing 2-3 levels, and assorted cutscenes. At this point, Episode 1 is basically complete, I am just finishing up some last minute things on the final level, and awaiting my voice actors for the cutscenes. Episode 1 should be finished by late March.
